The Health Prevention Course (PPS) or a valid FFA licence is mandatory to take part in the 10K Montmartre AG2R LA MONDIALE. Don't wait—submit yours now.
Please note that, since 15 January 2026, the PPS has become a paid service (€5) and is valid for one year.

I'M OVER 18 YEARS

Since 2024, the medical certificate is no longer required. To take part, you must now complete the Health Prevention Course (PPS) or upload your valid FFA licence (2025/2026).

How does the PPS work? It’s very simple! Just visit this website.

During this online course, you will be made aware of several key health and safety topics:

  • Risk situations: unusual symptoms, age-related precautions, habits that may negatively impact your health, etc.
  • Advice to consult a doctor if any risks are identified.
  • A reminder of the importance of learning life-saving first aid techniques.
  • Access to a documentation library focused on healthy sports participation.

Once you have successfully completed your PPS (valid for one year), you will receive a PPS number that must be entered in your race registration.

To do so, log in to your timeto account, click on "My Profile" and then "My Events". Under the name of the event, click "Manage my registration" to access the page where a dedicated field is available to enter your PPS number.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The first name, last name and date of birth provided on your PPS must exactly match those entered during registration. Otherwise, the PPS validation will not be processed automatically, and you may be required to complete the PPS again.

You must provide one of the following documents:

  • If you hold an FFA licence: your FFA licence certifies that you have a valid PPS.
  • If you do not hold an FFA licence: you must complete a health questionnaire. Simply visit this website, click on "New" and then "Obtain a Health Certificate".

If you answer YES to one or more questions, you will then need to obtain a medical certificate from a doctor.

Once your PPS has been validated (it is valid for one year), you will receive a PPS number that must be entered in your registration.
